You know talking about a Voltron movie gets me pretty damn excited (no, not in that way but I'm sure there will be something going on in the pants once I see a trailer) and here is some big news - Voltron will be directed by Max Makowski! Who? That was my first reaction. Latino Review got the scoop that Makowski would be helming the film. Who? Oh you're still asking that aren't you well his credits include The Pigeon Egg Strategy and One Last Dance (both premiered at Sundance) and he will also be bringing Kung Fu (based on the TV show) to the big screen. Oh and he also worked on Queer Eye for the Straight Guy.
I don't know what to expect and that could be a good thing. If it was someone like Michael Bay at the helm we would all know how things would go down. So is anybody familiar with Makowski's work? Do you think this is a good choice? Is there any other director you would rather see helming Voltron?
